Matt Kisber, President and Chief Executive Officer
As co-founder of Silicon Ranch Corporation, Matt is responsible for all aspects of managing the company, with a specific emphasis on opening new markets and developing new strategic solar opportunities. Under his leadership, Silicon Ranch has become one of the top 15 developers, owners, and operators in the United States. Having been a business owner and having served eight years as Tennessee Commissioner of Economic Development, Matt brings a unique background to Silicon Ranch. He has also worked with industry leaders from across the U.S. and around the globe to bring investments and jobs to Tennessee.
Reagan Farr, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer
As co-founder of Silicon Ranch Corporation, Reagan is responsible for all aspects of managing the company, with a specific emphasis on financial management and project execution. Under his leadership, Silicon Ranch has transacted in excess of $600 million of project financing with regional and global financial institutions. Reagan brings a unique background to Silicon Ranch, having previously worked with KPMG and Ernst & Young and having served as both the Deputy Commissioner and Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Revenue. Reagan studied econometric modeling on a post-graduate honors fellowship at Louisiana State University and holds a law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
David Vickerman, Vice Chairman & Chief Corporate Development Officer
David brings 25 years of global leadership, executive management, and entrepreneurial experience, having built four successful businesses in Europe and North America. At Silicon Ranch Corporation, David is responsible for corporate and strategic development and under his leadership, Silicon Ranch successfully completed a $140+ million institutional equity investment into the company by Partners Group as well as closing multiple solar project finance transactions with leading capital providers. Prior to joining Silicon Ranch, David worked for an institutional investment manager with over $30 billion of assets under management, where he served as Executive Director and Co-Head of its global infrastructure fund. He is a graduate of Western University in Canada and earned a MBA with academic distinction from Wake Forest University.
